Would be interested to know how Howling Basset and Justin Easthall (or anyone else) are seeing the IE versions of these beautiful and impressive sites Softpress Systems was managed by Joe Billings (managing director), Richard Logan (financial director), and Stewart Fellows (technical director). Softpress also developed Exhibeo, for creating web galleries and showcases. And they will not see a gentle transition from one bedroom to another but a snap change. There was a Pro professional version and Express version focused towards home and small business users. Further more since many of these clients are small French Hotels or Bed& Breakfasts / Chambre d’Hôtes I think many of their own clients are likely to be using IE9 or below. But what few clients I have are almost exclusively PC users and are not that aware of browser differences. Ease of use is a great plus apart from the pleasing effects. Is this the case with all transitions in Exhibeo in IE ? I would love to start using this and have bought it. The slides do advance, but no fades or any other transition effects….' ' …Naturally, the transition effects don’t work.
When FWP outputs html, the action element is turned into a div. I named the action element slider and used the Extended feature to give it extra div styles. Robin Stark has pointed out ( ) the problems with transitions in IE9 I am working with an Exhibeo slideshow imported into Freeway Pro via the action.
